Vote on Board positions: Unanimous vote to keep all existing board members (Brandan Roberts, Michaela Butler, and Dahlia Thomas) seated on the board with Roberts as President of the Board.

Motion by Roberts: Because Jason Willard has reached the end of his probationary period and has stated a desire to be a full board member, Roberts made the motion to vote Willard into the position, and reminding that it takes a unanimous vote for him to take the position and any dissent will keep him a non-voting board member. He also noted that if all three proposed candidates become full members, there would be no conflicts regarding the number of members on the Board (the maximum is seven, and their inclusion would make six). Willard was voted onto the Board without dissent.

Motion by Roberts: Because Kathleen Locke has reached the end of her probationary period and has stated a desire to be a full board member, Roberts made the motion to vote Locke into the position, and reminding that it takes a unanimous vote for her to take the position and any dissent will keep her a non-voting board member. He also noted that if all three proposed candidates become full members, there would be no conflicts regarding the number of members on the Board (the maximum is seven, and their inclusion would make six). Locke was voted onto the Board without dissent.

Motion by Roberts: Because Jennifer Weigel has reached the end of her probationary period and has stated a desire to be a full board member, Roberts made the motion to vote Weigel into the position, and reminding that it takes a unanimous vote for her to take the position and any dissent will keep her a non-voting board member. He also noted that if all three proposed candidates become full members, there would be no conflicts regarding the number of members on the Board (the maximum is seven, and their inclusion would make six). Weigel was voted onto the Board without dissent.

Topic by Roberts: Nat 1 has started the Nat 1 Maerit sticker collecting event, however the responses have been lackluster, with only several dozen individuals signing up. As of the meeting, it had been advertised on the website, newsletter, and advertisements in Facebook, Instagram, and Threads, with plans for advertising happening in a week on Reddit—which tends to get the best results. No discussion.

Meeting Adjourned: The next Board meeting is scheduled for the week of May 19-23, 2025.
